Get grandma or a friend to take the kids to a free activity this weekend so you can get your shopping done.  (Or if you took care of it already, give yourself a break!)  :)

Here is what is going on this weekend:

- If you did the Build and Grow Clinic last week at your local Lowe’s store, you can build onto the train this Saturday 12/11 at 10:00 and add the next car to the toy train set.  You need to sign up in advance, so if your are interested in this craft, click here for more information about Lowe’s Build and Grow Clinics.

- Another cool craft option this weekend can be found at Lakeshore Learning Centers. From 11:00 – 3:00, your child can make their own fun Gingerbread Ornament. Click here to learn more about this craft and to find a Lakeshore Learning Center in your area.

- And there is a great Holiday Party event at Border’s Bookstores. This Saturday 12/11 at 11:00, Border’s is putting on a Christmas Party featuring stories, sing-alongs, games and more. Click here to learn more about this and to find a Border’s location near you.

- And if you are shopping this weekend, keep an eye on the deals at Frugal Freebies and Deals! All of our shopping is now completed and most of it was totally free or very, very cheap from some of the deals posted on this site.
